Wedding Shower Inspiration

Good morning!

I think I have found a new favorite hobby!

It's making inspiration boards!!! It is my new favorite thing to do! I'm going to make one for every shower and party I plan from now on!

I created an inspiration board around a bridal shower invitation from Wedding Paper Divas, makers of some of the cutest wedding, paper products I've ever seen. With my sister's wedding shower coming up this summer, I want to get some inspiration rolling!

My sister is into purple, so I knew we had to have purple on the palette.

When I saw this gorgeous invitation, the rest of my color palette was decided.
Using the invitation as my starting point, I created this inspiration board in purples and corals for the shower:
Isn't this cute? I had so much fun putting it together, and I am chomping at the bit to start making (and buying) things for this shower!

 But I couldn't stop there. I created a second inspiration board! This board is what I would do if I could throw and plan my own shower for myself. So, basically it was a completely pointless activity, but I was just having too. much. fun.

Using this invite as my source of inspiration I created this board:
I. LOVE. THIS. Love it, love it, love it!

These colors make me want to redecorate my entire house. (I sure hope Mr. Hoff isn't reading this post today!)

Wow! If somebody would pay me to do this all day...I'd be in!

Also, just a little side not, my blog is 6 months old today!

    1. I used picmonkey's collage feature and inserted the images that I wanted to use. It was easy! Thank you, Brittany for your sweet words! I'm so glad you enjoy the blog! :)
